That’s the mystery of love in motion. Like throwing a boomerang into the wind, it flies across the sky and returns—not in the form you sent it, but transformed, bearing gifts of its own.

When you do good, goodness finds you—often when you least expect it.

The Story

A client recently shared with me how much she loves giving.

Not for applause. Not for praise. Not even for the hope that one day someone will return the favor.

She gives because it lights her up.

Whether it’s offering a meal to someone who’s hungry, making a donation to a cause she believes in, or simply fully listening to a friend in pain, she shows up with her whole heart.

No scorekeeping. No agenda.

And then the magic begins.

Without even trying, she starts receiving little blessings.

A friend offers her exactly what she needed.

A store gives her a discount she didn’t ask for.

A mentor shows up with the answer to a question she hadn’t yet spoken aloud.

None of it is a direct trade. She doesn’t give to get—and yet, she’s always being given to.

The Spiritual Lesson

The spiritual truth here is simple, yet profound:

When you give from love, the universe responds in kind.

It’s not a transaction.

It’s a vibration. A frequency.

When you embody generosity, you attune yourself to abundance.

Think of it like planting seeds.

You may not know when or where the sprouts will appear, but life is always listening. Always weaving. Always responding.

The key is trust.

Give not to receive, but because it’s who you are.

And then watch how the world begins to mirror that back—through synchronicity, support, and surprising grace.

Think of a time when you gave something from the heart—with no expectation of return.

What eventually came back to you, even if it wasn’t from the same person or in the same way?

Let this be your journal invitation this week:

"Where have I been the source of goodness, and how has the universe quietly circled that goodness back to me?"

And if nothing comes to mind right away, trust: your kindness is never wasted.

It is simply finding the perfect moment to return home to you.

May you give generously, not because you have to—but because it’s your nature.

And may the boomerang of kindness bring you joy in the most beautiful, unexpected ways.
