Dear Reader,

Have you ever felt like something’s off—but you can’t quite name what it is?

You’re doing all the “right” things.

The calendar is full.

The goals are set.

But beneath it all, something feels… distant.

Like a part of you went quiet.

You might be experiencing something called spiritual amnesia—those moments when we lose touch with our inner knowing.

But just because you forget something doesn't mean that it isn't there.

The practice is to gently remember who we truly are.

Now let’s get ALIGNED…

Inspirational Quote

"The soul always knows what to do to heal itself. The challenge is to silence the mind."
- Caroline Myss

The Story and The Spiritual Lesson

“Joselito, I don’t feel like myself anymore. I’ve built the career. I’ve checked the boxes. People tell me I should be proud. But inside, something feels… hollow.”

I sat and listened as she poured her heart out.

I had briefly met her before, and now we were on a zoom call, where she was seeking spiritual direction.

We slowed everything down.

I invited her to take a breath, place a hand over her heart, and simply listen.

After a few quiet moments, I asked,

“What did you once know… that you’ve forgotten?”

Tears suddenly welled up in her eyes.

And then she said, almost whispering,

“That I’m here for something more. That I’m divinely guided. That who I am matters.”

That’s the thing about spiritual amnesia.

It doesn’t always show up in loud, obvious ways.

It sneaks in as over-scheduling. Over-giving. Over-performing.

We shouldn't beat ourselves up when we forget that we too are divine.

It's not because we're bad people.

It's because we live in a world that doesn’t always honor our soul, plus it's how we learned to survive.

But here’s a spiritual truth:

You don’t need to go searching for your purpose.

You already carry the blueprint within you.

You just need space to remember.

And remembering isn’t about striving. It’s about softening.

It’s about choosing presence over performance.

It’s asking, “What is true for me right now?”

And trusting that the wisdom that got buried under everyone else’s expectations… is still alive in you.

Your Call to Action

For your coaching assignment for this week, I invite you to take a few sacred minutes each day to be still and ask:

What truth have I forgotten about who I am?

What does my soul want me to remember right now?

Who is my soul calling me to be?

You don’t need all the answers. Just the willingness to listen.

Let it be gentle. Let it be spacious.

You might hear a whisper… or feel a sensation in your body… or be reminded of something you used to love.

That’s your soul speaking.

Let this be your gentle reminder that there's a relationship that wants to be nurtured, and that is the relationship with the you in your heart.

Abundant Blessings and Namaste.

Thousands of people were making their way from the Bay to the ocean—not just running, but dancing, laughing, and living out loud. It wasn’t just a race. It was something more—a moment where everyone felt free....

No pain. No gain. Success means blood, sweat and tears. If it's not hard, then it means I'm not doing it right. All of these thoughts follow a similar line of thinking: Hardship is necessary if you want to achieve success. But let's take a step back and ask if this is really true. What if...
