Dear Reader,
Do you ever notice how you have a channel you naturally go to when you turn on the TV?
You don’t really think about it… you just end up there.
Maybe it’s the Food Network.
Or 24-hour news.
Or Korean dramas.
Or something you’ve watched so many times it just feels familiar.
And in a lot of ways, life works the same way.
Without realizing it, you can go days tuned into the same kind of energy.
Maybe it’s the pressure channel where everything feels like it needs your attention right now. Maybe it’s the comparison channel that quietly pulls your focus. Or maybe it’s that low, steady “just get through the day” channel running in the background.
After a while, it doesn’t even feel like something you’re tuned into. It just feels like how life is.
But something starts to open up the moment you pause and actually notice what you’ve been tuning into.
Not to fix it. Not to change it. Just to be honest about it.
Now let's get ALIGNED...
Inspirational Quote
"Most people don’t realize they’ve been watching the same channel for years… they just think that’s how life is."

The Story
There’s a certain kind of conversation you’ve probably been part of before.
Someone starts sharing what’s been going on in their life. Maybe it’s something in a relationship. Or stress around work. Or money feeling tight. Or just this ongoing sense that something isn’t quite right.
And as they’re talking, you start to notice… you’ve heard this before.
Not just once, but a few times now.
They’ve shared it in different ways, at different times, but it’s the same underlying thing. The same frustration. The same situation that doesn’t seem to move.
And it’s not just with you.
You can tell they’ve been talking about this with other people too. It’s almost like the conversation keeps looping, just in different rooms.
Then one day, it comes up again.
And this time, someone says something a little more honest.
“You know… you’ve been talking about this for a while now.”
There’s a pause.
“Have I?”
The Spiritual Lesson
What’s easy to miss is… they’re not just talking about the problem.
They’ve been living inside it.
Every time they bring it up, they’re revisiting the same thoughts, the same emotions, the same way of seeing it. And over time, it starts to feel like that’s the only version of the situation that exists.
Not because it’s the only one… but because it’s the one they’ve been tuning into.
And the longer they stay there, the more convincing it feels.
Like this is just how it is. Like this is just how it’s going to be.
That moment—when someone points it out—isn’t really about being called out.
It’s the first moment where they can feel that they’ve been on the same channel this whole time… without realizing it.
Before that, it just feels like this is the situation. This is what’s happening. This is what they’re dealing with.
But in that moment, something shifts just enough.
They start to notice how often they’ve been returning to the same thoughts… talking about it the same way… feeling the same things each time it comes up.
Like the same channel has just been playing on repeat.
And the only thing that’s really changed… is that now they can see it.
Your Call to Action
So the question isn’t really how to fix anything right now.
It’s simpler than that.
What have you been tuning into lately?
If you slow down and look at it, you might start to notice certain patterns… the kinds of stories you keep coming back to when you talk to people, or the same frustrations that seem to show up, even when the situation changes.
And just being honest about that can be enough.
Because once you notice what you’ve been tuning into, there’s at least a choice.
Not something you have to force.
Just the option to stay on that same channel… or gently start tuning into a different channel.
Before You Go
Before you go, just take a moment to notice what’s been playing for you lately.
Not to judge it. Not to change it.
Just to see it clearly.
Sometimes that alone is enough to shift something, even if nothing looks different right away.
And as you move through the rest of your day, may you find yourself a little more aware of what you’re tuning into… and a little more open to choosing what truly feels aligned for you.
