December 30, 2025 edition

Dear Reader,

As we find ourselves standing between one year and the next, a natural pause begins to form.

The old hasn’t fully ended.

The new hasn’t fully begun.

It’s a bridge moment.

This week, I’ve been reflecting on how every new year invites us into a quiet crossing, from what has been to what wants to be born.

In today’s newsletter, I share a powerful story about one of my clients who found himself at such a bridge.

I’ll also offer a spiritual insight about honoring these transitions with intention, and I’ll include the 2026 Seeds Handout we used in my recent workshop, a guide to help you choose what to stop, start, and continue in the year ahead.

If you’re ready to walk into 2026 with clarity and purpose, keep reading.

Now let's get ALIGNED...

Inspirational Quote

"And suddenly you know: It’s time to start something new and trust the magic of beginnings."
- Meister Eckhart

The Story

Earlier this year, I worked with a client who, from the outside, appeared to be doing everything “right.”

He held a respected position, earned a generous salary, and lived a life that many would describe as successful.

And yet, whenever he spoke about his work, there was a quiet heaviness beneath his words, not burnout or frustration, but something more honest and harder to name.

After sitting with that feeling for a while, he finally said what had been living inside him for months:

“I’m successful, but my heart isn’t singing.”

He wasn’t unhappy.

He wasn’t ungrateful.

He wasn’t in crisis.

He was waking up.

Waking up to the realization that a life can look full on paper while quietly asking to be reimagined from the inside out.

Waking up to the truth that what once fit him no longer did.

As we continued our work together, he began to see that the path he had been walking for years had served him well, but it was no longer leading him toward who he was becoming.

This wasn’t a breakdown.

It was a moment of completion.

A moment when something old had finished its work, and something new was beginning to call, even before it had a name.

What he was experiencing is something many of us encounter, often quietly, often without warning.

The Spiritual Lesson

Each of us reaches moments like this.

Moments where the life that once fit us begins to feel a little too small or simply complete.

These are your Bridges to Change.

Bridges appear when your soul whispers, “This part of the journey is done. A new one is calling.”

You don’t have to leap.

You don’t have to rush.

You don’t have to burn down what came before.

You simply choose how you want to cross.

This is where intention matters.

Reflection roots you in where you’ve been.

Planting seeds opens you to where you’re going.

When you intentionally choose what to release, what to begin, and what to continue, you align your next steps with who you are becoming.

Your Call to Action

Today, I invite you to take some time with the 2026 Seeds Handout, included below:

➡️ Planting Seeds for 2026 Worksheet.pdf

It’s a simple and powerful tool to help you discern:

  • What you want to stop
  • What you want to start
  • What you want to continue

These three choices create the bridge between your current chapter and your next one.

Reflection Prompt:

As you complete the handout, ask yourself:

  • “What is one thing my soul is asking me to stop?
  • What is one thing calling me to begin?
  • And what is one thing that already brings me alive?”

These answers don’t have to be big or dramatic.

Even the smallest seed has the power to transform a year.

If something meaningful emerges for you, I’d love to hear it.

As this year comes to a close, may you honor your own Bridges to Change.

May you release what no longer fits with gratitude.

May you begin what calls you forward with courage.

May you continue what nourishes your spirit.

You are stepping into a new chapter filled with possibility.

Walk gently.

Walk intentionally.

And walk as the fullest expression of who you are becoming.

Abundant Blessings and Namaste.

Some days feel long, but somehow the months slip by quickly. And suddenly we arrive in December with a whole year behind us that we might not have fully acknowledged. This past Saturday, I led a workshop on "Reflecting on 2025, Planting Seeds for 2026."...

Dear Reader, With Thanksgiving now behind us and December right around the corner, you might be feeling amazed (maybe shocked?) that we're now in the last few weeks of the year. As we prepare to say goodbye to 2025, it’s helpful to create the space and the time to reflect. Reflection is an important spiritual practice. Reflection helps you to take a step back, to celebrate how you've grown, and to breathe some relief into all the challenges you've faced. Reflection also acts as a stepping...
