November 25, 2025 edition

Dear Reader,

Have you ever celebrated someone you care about and felt a quiet tightening inside your chest at the same time?

Maybe you saw their announcement for their next big chapter and you truly were happy for them.

Yet something in you whispered a truth you rarely say out loud.

Moments like these can feel unsettling, even confusing, not because you begrudge anyone’s joy but because their progress touches the part of you that longs for your own.

If you’ve ever stood in that in-between space wondering why your path seems to be taking its time, you’re not alone.

Curious what that inner whisper is really trying to tell you?

Then keep on reading.

Now let's get ALIGNED...

Inspirational Quote

"Comparison is the thief of joy, but it can also be the lantern that lights what we long for.”

The Story

A client of mine recently shared a moment that felt so familiar and so deeply human.

She had been scrolling through social media when she saw a close friend announce a huge milestone. A promotion she’d been working toward. A new chapter opening with excitement and possibility.

She told me that she immediately felt joy for her friend.

She celebrated her. She typed a heartfelt “Congratulations!” and truly meant every word.

But then, almost without warning, something inside her tightened.

It wasn’t envy.

It wasn’t resentment.

It was a quieter, more vulnerable truth rising to the surface.

She said, “Joselito… I thought I’d be further along by now.”

As she spoke, her voice softened.

There was no shame in it.

No self-judgment.

Just an honest recognition of a part of her journey she’d been avoiding.

And as we continued talking, she realized the feeling wasn’t about her friend’s success at all.

It was about something unfinished within her… a chapter waiting to be written, a longing she had been postponing, a deeper truth asking for her attention and courage.

The Spiritual Lesson

Here’s the truth many spiritually minded, heart-centered people don’t admit:

The hardest part isn’t celebrating others.

It’s noticing the gap between where you are and where your soul knows you’re meant to be.

And that gap can feel loud.

But in the language of the spirit, that loudness isn’t a reprimand.

It’s a calling.

It’s your inner compass saying, “There is more in you. There is something asking to be born. There is a next chapter waiting for space.”

When someone else’s moment stirs something in you, it doesn’t mean you’re behind.

It means you’re awakening.

It means your desire is alive.

Your Call to Action

Take a moment today and ask yourself:

  • What is the part of me that feels unfinished trying to say?
  • What longing is rising to the surface?
  • If I were to take one small step toward what I truly want, what would that look like this week?

And if this newsletter touches something true in you and you want support figuring out what’s next, send me a message.

You don’t have to navigate this alone.

The tender moments when someone else’s success stirs something inside you aren’t signs of failure.

They’re invitations.

Your deeper self is simply tapping you on the shoulder, asking for attention, honesty, and devotion to your path.

May you listen gently.

May you honor the truths that rise.

And may the next chapter find you ready when it arrives.

Abundant Blessings and Namaste.

We slow down, breathe a little deeper, and remember what it feels like to truly be in the moment. The rhythm of life changes. It's less about to-do lists and more about what feels alive right now.
